How to Order Your Custom Window Mat Boards

• Step 1 – Choose your required outer size from our fixed standard frame sizes (e.g. 11x14", A4, A3).
• Step 2 – Enter your custom window opening dimensions in the fields provided.

Ordering Notes:

• We cut the window slightly smaller (by 3–5mm) to allow a clean overlap over your image edges.
• The window opening will be centered unless specified otherwise in your order notes.
• Window orientation (portrait or landscape) will follow the chosen outer size unless noted.
• Only one window opening per matboard. Multi-window collage openings are not available for this product.
• Outer sizes are fixed and matched to standard frame dimensions. Custom outer sizes are not offered.
• Production time is approx. 1 week as these matboards are made to order.
• Colours may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.
