Every Piacenza frame begins its journey in the town of Bergamo, Italy, where the timber mouldings are produced using traditional Italian marquetry techniques.
This distinctive veneer is handcrafted by inlaying strips of white-stained and natural oak timbers over a solid hardwood base, forming a lineal panel effect with tonal contrast and clarity.
From there, the moulding is shipped to our Sydney workshop, where it’s carefully cut, joined, and finished by hand.
